Ms. Hays joins the Fleischmann Law Firm as a paralegal / legal assistant.  She received her J.D. from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, and her B.A. in English from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.  Ms. Hays has an eclectic work history ranging from retail, to manufacturing, to hospitality, to law.  Prior to relocating to Pennsylvania with her family in 2011, Ms. Hays was a staff attorney for the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.  She began her law career as a solo practitioner in North Little Rock, Arkansas and primarily handled family law.  Since relocating to Pennsylvania, Ms. Hays and has focused on raising her children.  She has been an active volunteer with Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and her children’s school.  In the past two years she has also worked for the Owen J. Roberts School District as a paraprofessional substitute.  Ms. Hays enjoys reading, camping, travelling, photography, and crafting in her spare time.
